Billy Wyatt runs development and construction for Eitches Management Group. Billy oversees all development activities throughout the portfolio. He has over 30 years of experience working for some of the largest general contractors and projects throughout Texas. During his career, he has worked for Highland Homes, Newport Homebuilders, Standard Pacific, and Hensel Phelps. He has had extensive experience with building single family master-planned communities, high end custom homes, multi-family communities, Office Parks, Medical Centers and Educational Facilities.

Billy graduated from Sam Houston State University with a BS in Construction Management. He is OSHA certified.
