Clayton Takeuchi graduated from UC San Diego with a bachelor’s degree in International Business. He began his career as a Digital Marketing Analyst, managing a tech-startup’s online advertising campaigns in Anaheim, CA. Clayton holds a Real Estate license in California and is a member of the Nationwide Real Estate Executives. Mr. Takeuchi relocated from California to Dallas to help raise capital for Eitches Management Group. In his first year at EMG, Clayton supervised over $40 million in multi-family acquisitions.

At Eitches Management Group, Clayton Takeuchi is responsible for the underwriting of all assets.  He is also responsible for new business development and maintaining relationships with the key landlords and real estate brokers in the submarkets that we acquire assets in. Clayton prides himself in being meticulously detail oriented and able to quickly analyze apartment communities with complex financials.
