Henry Cohanim is another Los Angeles native that relocated to Dallas in 2017. Henry plays a key role in the underwriting, structuring, and financing of EMG’s multi-family ground-up developments. Henry spearheads financial modeling and sourcing of investment opportunities within the highest-growth submarkets of the DFW metroplex. He assists with all facets of the pre-development process from initial feasibility studies to arranging debt and equity. His knowledge of financing opportunities through government-insured loans, allows for EMG to capitalize on sourcing attractive debt options for development opportunities.

Prior to joining Eitches Management Group, Henry worked as an analyst at Relevant Group (Hollywood, CA). He played a key role in the development and underwriting of several multi-family affordable projects in California.

Henry Cohanim is graduating from Southern Methodist University this Spring with a Degree in Real Estate. He is a licensed real estate salesperson.
