Steve Partridge serves as the CFO for Eitches Management Group. He is responsible for overseeing accounting, compliance, financial reporting, cash management, investor relations, and systems and controls for the company and its strategic partners. He is also involved in all banking/lender relations as well as overseeing financial modeling.

Prior to EMG, Steve was the CFO of International Capital, LLC, a privately-owned real estate investment firm. During his tenure, he oversaw $150m AUM. International Capital also managed over 650,000 sq. ft., of industrial, office/flex, medical and retail assets throughout Texas.

Prior, Steve was the CFO of Tricom Real Estate Group and Coyote Management, LP, both commercial real estate start-up ventures. Tricom acquired approx. 1.5m SF of retail centers. Coyote Management, acquired and sold 15 retail centers with a combined transaction size of over $750m.

Steve served as an independent Director for TIER REIT, Inc. (NYSE: TIER) for 13 years.  He was Chairman of the Audit Committee, and served on the compensation and nominating/corporate governance committees. TIER owned and managed over 9m SF of commercial office buildings throughout the U.S. TIER was listed on the NYSE in 2015 and was acquired by Cousins Properties in 2019.

Steve began his career at Arthur Andersen & Company after graduating with a Bachelor of Accountancy and Masters of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi.  He is a licensed CPA in the states of Texas and Mississippi and has over three decades of financial, accounting, and asset management experience in the commercial real estate industry. Steve has achieved his CCIM and RPA designations.
